CUSTOMER CARE

  1. Chicky Baby does not offer custom orders of any kind. All inquires about custom orders will not receive a response.

  2. We do not break up products listed. For example, we will not sell just the bracelet on a necklace and bracelet set.

  3. Items will not ship until payment has cleared.

  4. All orders and payments are completed online, there are no pick up orders available.

  5. All purchases are final. No refunds. No exchanges. Please purchase accordingly.

  6. We do not put items on hold.

SAFETY

WARNING: All Chicky Baby pieces are handmade with love and are not intended as toys. Our items contain small parts that can present as a choking hazard and as such are not suitable for children under 3yrs of age without strict supervision.
